Raffles Shenzhen, developed by Shenzhen Parkland Group and located at One Shenzhen Bay, is a new flagship hotel in Greater China under French Accor Group. While KPF took charge of the architecture, LW Design Group (Dubai) and YANG & Associates Group made joint efforts in the interior design. To maximize the seaside view, YANG relocated the ADD restaurant and optimized the layouts of the Japanese restaurant, guest room and presidential suite. All these proposals were well accepted to ensure optimal project effects. At the stage of FF&E installation, YANG, by virtue of its rich supplier resources, provided the hotel with alternative materials that are of similar effects but lower costs than original ones, helping the owner reduce the cost while ensuring perfect project presentation. In terms of cultural expression, YANG fused the landscape features, innovative spirit and fashion of the city into the nobility of the brand to create an exclusive Raffles experience for Shenzhen.
